The Attunga Chateau

For more intimate affairs, The Stables offer a cozy yet refined setting, ideal for smaller events and soirées. This room enhances the feeling of seclusion and tranquillity.

The Olive Farm

Coming soon… visitors will enjoy immersive farm experiences ranging from picking olives, tasting olives and olive oil on a farm tour to participating in a food & local wine pairing lunch or pasta making class.

The Navarra family, proud of its Sicilian-Italian heritage, could not resist the temptation of purchasing an olive farm. With a passion for creating delicious food experiences using fresh seasonal produce, adding harvesting olives and producing quality olive oil into the mix seemed like a natural progression.

Olio del Sole​

Olio del Sole is the brand under which oil made from olives grown on the farm in the Southern Highlands is sold. Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality oil you can produce and the most flavoursome.

The oil is extracted from pressing the fruit of the olive tree without using chemicals. It is healthy as well as tasty as it is primarily made up of monosaturated fats.

New Release Next Season

Farming has its challenges just like any business. The family is optimistic about producing the first batch of extra virgin olive oil under their stewardship of the farm next season. Some of the extra virgin olive oil will be used across their kitchens and the rest will be sold to businesses and discerning customers.
