Navarra Venues offers self catering options for clients who prefer to use their own caterer. To accomodate those who have specific preferences such as cultural catering or stricter dietary requirements, we can tailor food service accordingly.

Flexibility & Personalisation

Navarra Venues understands that in some cases there may be unique cultural or dietary requirements. For this reason we offer flexibility for clients who want to use cultural specific catering teams, family-run catering and sometimes even celebrity chefs. 

Venue Back‑of‑House Support

When our guests choose to use a different catering service, we still offer kitchen and infrastructure access, service staff, bar coordination, logistics support, cleaning, waste management and permits coordination where required. 

Commercial Kitchen access

  • Kitchen hire including use of ovens, stove-tops, benches for food prep, dish washing – all food to be prepared off site by the caterer (commercial kitchen hire is non-exclusive).
  • Navarra Venues kitchen hands included.
  • Kitchen access 3 hours before event at venue discretion.

Our experienced Events Co-ordinators offer a highly personalised experience to ensure your wedding wishes come true from the moment you step through our doors.   • Room hire for breakfasts,  luncheons or dinner events. Venue takeover options also available.

Selected cultural wedding packages may include:
  • Unlimited non-alcoholic beverage package
  • Canapés service for dinner events and entrée served to table by Navarra staff
  • Buffet tables for main course and dessert (to be served by your caterer’s staff)
