    Fresh Burrata resting on a wagyu bresaola, baby beets, vincotto & extra virgin olive oil. Wood fired bread rolls and butter for your guests on tables

  • SLOW COOKED BEEF SHORT RIB
    Slow cooked 4 hour beef short rib with soy & sweet chilli glaze, creamy potato mash, roasted cherry tomato & garlic seasonal greens
