Oatlands Estate TAKEOVER by Navarra pushed the boundaries in the event industry. 

The highlight was the reveal of the All-New Grand Ballroom, which can host over 500 people for a seated dinner and over 1000 for a cocktail event. The ballroom showcased innovative floating tables with food from around the world prepared in-house by the Navarra expert chef team

Oatlands, NSW: Navarra celebrates the overflowing success of their own venue takeover event at Oatlands Estate. On Tuesday, the 21st of November, Oatlands Estate by Navarra was transformed into a Whimsical Wonderland. The night explored all the senses in celebration of Oatlands Estate’s All-New Grand Ballroom and of the brand’s prowess, celebrating Navarra’s 50 years in the industry. 

The evening of enchantment welcomed over 700 people. Guests included Sydney FC, Four Seasons Hotels, Coca-Cola, Woolworths, Endemol Shine and more, along with some of the biggest names in the event industry, such as Melissa D Cruz, Leah Da Gloria, Wedded Wonderland, Jay Productions, Steven Khalil and many more. The night was infused with an array of influencers, TV personalities and treasured Navarra clients and suppliers. 

Guests experienced a sensory journey, commencing with a drive up a luxurious driveway leading to an entrance with mystical music, fire shows, and stilted performers. An array of international cuisines and champagne greeted them, along with a golden key for a chance to win grand prizes in the Grand Ballroom. 

The highlight was the reveal of the All-New Grand Ballroom, which can host over 500 people for a seated dinner and over 1000 for a cocktail event. The ballroom showcased innovative floating tables with food from around the world prepared in-house by the Navarra expert chef team that wowed the crowd and mazing high ceilings with stunning chandeliers. The event was a testament to Navarra’s industry prowess and innovative event-hosting capabilities.

 Other highlights included: 

The Rebecca Suite, adorned with cherry blossoms and Wagasa umbrellas, offered a Japanese experience with a live sushi train. 

The Elizabeth Suite, echoing Tiffany’s luxury, featured a blue floral arrangement and a view from the balcony. 

The Rose Suite, enveloped in roses, offered a sensory experience with Rosé wine and a setting ideal for photography. 

Outdoor areas like The Vineyard and The Rose Garden provided a dream-like ambience with lighting and sound, smoke effects, wine tasting, and live food stations. 

The Enchanted Garden included interactive games, a video booth, and a kissing booth. 

The Deck Room, with vanilla coffee aromas, live music, and a dessert station, emphasizing Navarra’s Italian heritage.
