External Catering

Please note that there is a minimum spend on packages for an order to be processed. This policy ensures that we can maintain the highest quality of service and meet all necessary logistical and operational standards.
Food quantities are based on number of guests.
50% deposit required for confirmation of booking.
Booking required within a minimum of 10 days prior to event. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation — cancellation fee will apply up to 7 days prior to event. No refund from 7 days before event. Coordination and site/s visit fees are non-refundable.
Delivery costs may apply. Delivery to Sydney metro area only. Delivery includes food placements.
Minimum spends apply for Public Holidays — subject to availability.
Delivery and collection costs for hires order will be based on the requested delivery day and timeframe. Should any items be missing or damaged, the replacement costs will be billed to the client.
In the event of fluctuating market prices, produce quality and supply shortage, Navarra Venues may be forced to increase prices for certain dishes to ensure we provide you with a menu that meets our high standards. In this instance, Navarra Venues will also be able to suggest alternative options.
There is a minimum of a four (4)-hour call out for all staff. If your event location is outside our service area, your Event Coordinator will include a travel fee in your quote.
For events ending after 11 PM and located more than an hour drive from Sydney CBD, staff accommodation is required to ensure their safety. In this case, our Event Coordinator will discuss the details with you to ensure a smooth experience.

Whimsical Wonderland - Luxe by Navarra Styling Voucher

One voucher per customer, per event.
The voucher is valid for a minimum of $10k spend on styling through LUXE by NAVARRA.
Event must be booked by June 30, 2024.
$2000 will be deducted from final invoice.
Not applicable with any other offer or promotion.
Vouchers are non transferable.
If your styling is already booked for your event, voucher can be used towards a second event with a minimum spend of $7,000 towards on the second event.

The card must be presented to redeem the offer

AIME Business Card Draw Winner – 5,000 gift card

The card must be presented to redeem the offer
