Start with Kingfish Crudo with Campari marinade and second with quality olive oil, shaved baby red radish, fennel, and seasonal citrus. Add a signature dish of Chicken Involtini with Sicilian crumb, fresh seasonal greens and silky mash seasoned with a white wine reduction. Finish your occasion with Authentic Italian tiramisu.
