The Grand Lower Bar, the latest addition to the Navarra Venues portfolio hosted a Corporate Open Night over 2 spectacular evenings. No expense was spared as Navarra Venues showcased the excellence in service and cuisine they’re known for. Menu highlights were Sydney rock oysters, freshly shucked on the evening and a hand-crafted ice sculpture emblazoned with the Grand Lower Bar logo. Guests were treated with roaming canapés of ocean fresh king prawns and kingfish ceviche with seasonal citrus and salmon caviar. As well as zucchini & halloumi Fritters and grilled lamb cutlet with seasoned cous cous. The Peking duck station was a big attraction for our guests.
Penfolds were free flowing all night thanks to our partner Treasury Wines. Our guests escaped the winter with our delicious Italian Negronis and Espresso martinis. As the evening drew to a close, guests wound down with an evening coffee from our espresso cart sponsored by Victoria coffee.
Reflecting on the night, CEO of Navarra Venues Sal Navarra remarked “Our family are deeply appreciative of the relationships we’ve made with our clients and our sponsor partnerships. It’s these connections that form the heart of our business. That’s how we’ve been able to expand and become trusted hosts for Sydney’s finest events.”
Our guests were treated to a Maserati Drive given away on each night as well as a Weekend away to Perisher Valley, Treasury Wines gift wine hampers, gift bag with goodies, including Navarra Venues select giftware for each guest.
On Navarra Venues entry into the Sydney centre, Sal Navarra continues “Our family are excited to bring our world-class service and cuisine into the CBD. We’re looking forward to offering business owners and multinationals a premium event space they can trust”.
Thanks our cherished guests for joining us over these two spectacular nights.
