The Lobby Banquet is for 8 to 25 guests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Information

  • Upon receipt of this form you will be contacted to confirm your reservation and requirements.
  • Banquet bookings 8- 25 pax is required no later than 72 hours before your booking date.
  • You will be sharing space with other bookings.
  • To secure a booking, please complete and sign the booking confirmation form in full. We will not confirm your booking without the booking form completed.
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. You will be contacted once the form is submitted to discuss event details and payment.
  • Group bookings will incur a 10% service charge which will be added to your final bill.
  • Specific dietary requirements will be catered for as best as possible. Please provide the information closer to your banquet date.
  • Final menu and Final Numbers will be required 72 hours before your event. No changes can be made after this time. Please refer to 'Cancellations and Non-Arrivals' below.
  • Lunch bookings must be vacated by 3pm to allow for dinner bookings, Dinner bookings must conclude by 10pm.
  • External entertainment is not permitted at The Lobby Cucina & Bar, without prior approval and courtesy to other bookings.
  • We assume no responsibility for the loss or damage to any property belonging to the client or their guests.
  • The client is responsible for delivery and collection of any external props/equipment.
  • External food or beverages is not permitted into the premises under any circumstance. We are a fully licensed venue, and do not allow BYO.

  • Additional Services

  • The Lobby Cucina and bar restaurant can offer you the following services. Please enquire about event cakes, music, AV and decorations and styling. A general quote will be provided to you after deposit is paid for booking.
  • Should you wish to supply your own event cake to be served, a cake service fee of $3 per person applies.

  • Beverage Charges

  • Beverages for your lunch or dinner will be charged on consumption. A minimum bar tab will be provided based on number of guests.
  • A selection of wines, beers and drinks will be available for you to choose.
  • These will be added to your final bill.

  • Deposit and Payments

  • In order to secure your reservation, a 30% deposit will be required to confirm your booking via credit card. You will be contacted once the form is submitted to discuss event details and payment. The Lobby Cucina & Bar will require your credit card details left on file.
  • A final bill will be provided with your chosen menu package, consumed beverages, additional items, surcharges.
  • Final payment must be made on the day of your booking at the completion of the function.
  • Only one account will be issued for your function. Split accounts will not be provided. All rates include taxes.
  • An additional 10% surcharge will be charged on Public Holidays.
  • An additional 1.8% merchant service fee will be charged for credit card payments.
  • We do not accept diners clubs or cheques.

  • Cancellations and Non-Arrivals

  • In the event of a cancellation with less than 3 days notice - total food package will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of the booking, unless an alternative payment method is provided.
  • No decrease in numbers will be accepted before 72 hours before your banquet date. Should your numbers change, please notify The Lobby Cucina & Bar, as your total food package will be charged as per your confirmed booking.
  • In the event of guests not attending on the day of the event, this will still be charged at food package that has been booked.

  • Client Responsibilities

  • The client is expected to conduct their booking in a legal and respectable manner and is responsible for the conduct of its guests and invitees.
  • The client will be charged for any damages that occur to the restaurant, the property or staff.
  • Please note that in line with the Australian legislation relating to responsible service of alcohol, the staff and management reserve the right to terminate a function, refuse service to any guest deemed intoxicated, or take responsible action to assist any intoxicated guest from the premises.
