  • The Hon Jeannette McHugh – the first woman from NSW elected to the Federal Parliament and the first woman from NSW appointed as a Federal Minister.   • Associate Professor Ilona Cunningham – Head of the Haematology Department at Concord Hospital, leading a partnership of eight Haematologists. Hear about this inspiring woman’s journey from 17 year old migrant from Hungary, to her outstanding success as a world-leading haematologist, medical researcher and mother of two. Find out how she delivers innovative, world-class care locally for blood cancer patients and provides hope for a cure.
  • Mrs Bernadette Watt – the newest member of The Bloody Great Committee and former Concord Cancer Centre patient. Learn about her brave journey following her diagnosis with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma will she was pregnant and her road to recovery as a wife and mother of two young children.
