Oatlands Corporate Night Out

On August 27th Oatlands House opened its doors to over 250 guests for a night of business networking and discovery. As one of the best corporate venues in Western Sydney it was an opportunity to showcase everything Oatlands House can offer for business events.

Many attendees were return guests having attended the corporate open night at sister venue Curzon Hall a fortnight before.

Upon arrival, our valet parking team greeted guests, allowing them to enjoy their first moments with a glass of champagne whilst ushering them to registration on the front terrace. Here they were presented with a “golden ticket” for their chance to win a private dinner for 10 and then on through the historic Rebecca Suite, for name tags, a gift bag and venue map of Oatlands House.

Their tour commenced in the foyer, where many were happy to be waylaid with photo opps in front of the media wall, before making their way upstairs to the Elizabeth Suite. This 1st floor room was set up for a corporate dinner. Its French doors were thrown open to allow guests to enjoy the grand balcony overlooking the golf course and 5 acres of vineyards and greenery that surround Oatlands House.

The tour then proceeded into the Rose Suite with its enormous picture window overlooking the Rose Garden. This was dressed in cabaret style with screen and projector.

At the heart of Oatlands House is the sandstone paved courtyard, and it was here that the open-air night food markets took place. Guest had the choice of freshly made hand rolled sushi from Oatlands Executive Chef Jira or they could witness a pasta cooking demonstration and sample one of the 4 types of pasta sauce on offer. To complete their gourmet experience there was a range of fresh cannoli and a coffee cart with barrister making fresh coffee to order.

Treasury Wines again showcased their new wine menu that guests were able to taste and enjoy with their dinner.

Refreshed and satisfied, guests continued their grand tour, viewing the Garden Ballroom set for a gala dinner for 350 guests followed by Oatlands hidden gem, The Georgian Lodge, set for a corporate business meeting. The conclusion and highlight was the perennial favourite, The Deck Room, with décor and styling inspiration for a grand corporate Christmas party.

Having traversed the venue, collecting fabulous giveaways in each room, everyone came together in the Deck room for the Golden Ticket Draw and a few words from the Navarra Management Team.

Once again people were wowed and loved the experience of seeing Oatlands House in a style they were not expecting.
